Sometimes projects and pieces of work crop up when you don't have the capacity in house to fulfil them.  With Litenet's "Smart Hands" service we can provide an engineer to site anywhere in the UK to assist you.  We provide experienced technical staff, comfortable with comms room and data centre environments, with the capability to act on behalf of your business or department and with the necessary care and diligence you would expect from one of your own employees.

How does it work?

Simply give us a call on 01908 794 794 or email us at info@litenetuk.com.  We will agree a scope of works with you and appoint an engineer capable of fulfilling those requirements.  Our engineers are used to working in comms room environments and data centres for our own business activities so you can trust that they won't go into sensitive environments and start pulling out cables and equipment at will.  Our senior engineers can carry out configuration and programming changes on almost any equipment, from network switches and routers to telephone systems and servers.  We can carry out remote tasks while on the phone to your IT staff, ensuring the job is done as instructed and without the loss of resources in sending your own engineers to site.
