When the founders of Litenet began talking about setting up a Telecoms business they sat down and looked at the combined wealth of experience, skills and success each of them had. With a blank canvas in front of them, they began planning in detail how the business should look and operate. With customer service and engineering as part of their core backgrounds, it was easy to see that they could build a business based on technology, delivery and customer satisfaction. They set up the supplier and wholesale arrangements, sourced skilled and competent engineering staff, and planned a business strategy that placed the customer at the top of the list.
We are proud of what we have created, and we want our customers and clients to be proud of working with us.

The business, focusing on high attention to detail in both planning and installation, has seen significant growth and is now trusted by some major brands around the UK and continues to be very successful.

Chris has been in the telecommunications industry since 1995, when he started as an apprentice engineer with Ericsson. He remained with Ericsson on the successful completion of the apprenticeship as an implementation engineer working on large PBX installations around the UK. He specialised in CTI applications and call centre technology and was at the forefront of the modern contact centre revolution.
Throughout his progressive career Chris has remained focussed on new technology, been passionate about building solutions for customers and providing great customer service. Chris is an advocate of apprenticeship and trainee schemes, and has developed many such programmes in past businesses with a high level of success.
Outside of the workplace Chris spends his spare time playing the drums and occasionally singing in a band, riding his motorcycle and exploring far flung parts of the world.
Having spent many years building a multi-million pound turnover business in the dust extraction industry, James brings vast amounts of business and engineering experience to Litenet.
